Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Sugar___ 3 and half chatank
    Vanilla essence___ one spoon
    Egg yolk___ 5 nos
    Chocolate___ 2 ounce
    Cream___ 50 grams



    Mix Cream, sugar, chocolate and boil after that add beaten egg yolk in the mixture and cook at very low flame for very slight boiling.

    After that take this mixture from the stove and strain with the help of tea strainer and cool it.

    After mixing vanilla essence freeze this mixture by the machine.
