Pista Ice Cream

  • Balai/cream___1kg
    Orange peel__ small amount
    Pistachio kernel ___ 75 grams
    Egg yolk__ 8 nos
    Sugar___ half kg
    Vanilla essence___ 50 grams
    Almond’s kernel sweet___ 50 grams





    Peel off the almond’s kernel by soaking into water.

    Boil the cream and whisk egg yolk with crystallized sugar add into cream and then drain.

    Cook this mixture at a very low flame without boiling till it becomes hard.

    Add almond’s flakes into cold cream and then add into this mixture to cook it for few minutes.

    Drain this mixture and whisk with the whisker till it becomes cool, then add small piece orange peel and freeze this mixture with the help of ice cream machine.
